Proud Real Estate, or PROUD, concludes the year with a sustainability mission by organizing the 4th edition of 'Wellness District in Hua Hin.' This initiative aims to create a network of healthy communities while advancing ESG initiatives in all dimensions, reinforcing its role as a real estate developer focused on sustainable growth at Wat Nong Ka Municipal School in Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The concept of 'ALL IS WELL' emphasizes sustainable living, urban development, and community building that prioritize health, quality of life, and the environment for long-term community resilience.

The Wellness District in Hua Hin activities aim to enhance the overall well-being of community members through preventive healthcare services, including over 300 health check-ups and vaccinations, supported by Bedee by BDMS and a team of doctors and nurses from Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin. This ensures that local residents have access to comprehensive and quality healthcare services. This initiative is a continuation of a project that has been running for the second year, and in the same year, PROUD expanded its 'Healthy Community' network to Phuket, successfully organizing activities in Kamala sub-district, reflecting its commitment to creating a community that values health and quality of life sustainably in the long term.

At the same time, the company emphasizes environmental awareness among youth through educational activities on waste segregation for students at Wat Nong Ka Municipal School, in collaboration with Oklin (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a brand that develops environmental technology and comprehensive food waste management systems. This initiative aims to foster understanding of waste management from the source and promote correct segregation behavior within the community. Additionally, two sets of waste segregation bins were donated to the school to support systematic waste management and extend learning into practical daily life, alongside health promotion activities through Taekwondo training by The Legend Arena to enhance physical strength.

The event received support from various partners and local government agencies, including InterContinental Hua Hin Resort, Proud Group, Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin, and Vana Nava Water Park Hua Hin, who participated in organizing activities and bringing joy to attendees while also providing the venue. The event was supported by Wat Nong Ka Municipal School, Hua Hin Municipality, and local health networks that collaborated to promote and coordinate with medical organizations to invite village health volunteers (VHVs) to assist, care for, and coordinate with the public to ensure comprehensive and effective access to healthcare services throughout the event.

The Wellness District serves as a space for connecting collaborative power to enhance the quality of life for community members in a holistic manner. Throughout the past year, PROUD has continuously engaged in sustainability activities that cover multiple dimensions in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), including the Restart Center, which supports equal opportunities for inmates to learn and restart their lives, and the Design Sandbox, a space for testing design concepts that address sustainability. Additionally, PROUD is moving towards becoming a Net Zero organization to reduce environmental impact concretely. The company also emphasizes sustainability in the local economy through the Proud Privilege – Local Around project, which promotes support for local businesses surrounding its projects, providing opportunities for small entrepreneurs, shops, and community enterprises to connect with residents, helping to distribute income and foster mutual growth between the projects and the community.

The Wellness District in Hua Hin activities mark the culmination of PROUD's sustainability efforts this year and serve as a starting point for continued collaboration in the coming year, with plans to organize social, health, and environmental activities continuously next year to jointly create a healthy community for the long term and grow together with all sectors.
